Neville Beechey AJ millman Bakery

Hello all , I have exciting news, I have fired up the left oven at a low temperature to test for a few days.We fired it up on Monday 12th December 2011.All went very well and I have it still going after four days, There was a lot of moisture that came out of the bricks for a while. I am running it at a very low temperature. I still have to do some more work to the right hand ovenwhivh has Small and Shattell Engineers Melbourne,Any information when this company was in business would also be appresiated to get it up and running. All comments and any more information would be greatly appreciated, and many thanks for for your help on this very exciting project. Clive Millman the son of the original owner was here to give some more information and help and I found him very knowledgeable telling us all about the ovens.I am going to bake a loaf of bread and perhaps a Christmas Cake as well.I hope to take the oven up to 180c to bake these, so we will see how we go and I will give you more information as we go.Many thanks to you all for your information and more comments would be appreciated.
