I recently made some waffles in my new (birthday present) waffle iron. My Belgian husband has declared that although they were OK, they weren't the same as his Mum's waffles. (Yep, tough crowd!)
They were more American style using baking powder, so I'm going to give a Belgian recipe using yeast a go. My question is, can I put the yeast batter in the fridge overnight tp prove, and if so, how long do I need to take it out of the fridge before it can be used?
