Are they made with sourdough or a yeast sponge?
Are they cooked on a hotplate or baked in an oven?

Bill is a 100% Gorokan sourdough man, no yeast n'em muffins! Right Bill!

Definitly no commercial yeast, Jeremy knows me well.
1. Straight sourdough.
2. Cooked 7 min each side in a frypan, then 7 min in the oven.
If you want the recipe then you will have to ask Teresa (Northwest Sourdough). It is one of the ones on her recipe list.

Ok, thanks Bill.
I hope you didn't get wet feet a couple of weeks ago up there in Gorokan.
Boris,
After looking at Bills muffins, I had a look at some notes from my bread class and found a straight dough version and converted, it's a good thing!
Jeremy
P.S. will send tomorrow, big dinner to set up tonight!
Ok, enjoy your evening.
