I'm a new member here butI have been around reading all your inspirational post for a while. Thanks so much for the inspiration.
I finally baked my first sourdough - The Mill Loaf following Dan Lepard's great book The Handmade Loaf. Really love it, although my techniques should be improved more!

That loaf is an absolute stunner for a first loaf. Many here would be honest if they admitted their first loaf was no where near as good, me included.
I second Bill, that loaf looks great especially for a first loaf. I would have been happy if that had been my tenth loaf! Great going! I bet you'll be addicted!
