Evening shot. Bread was good...but just not as flavourful as a sourdough one. Looks like my resolution for this year is to find a bread compromise with the rest of the family. They don't like their bread too sour.

Maybe you could do a poolish or a prefermented "old dough"? I was going to say it looked like a painting!
