....does it cost in electricity for typical domestic fan forced electric owen per hour?
just wondering if my bread is really cheap or maybe i'm looking at $10 per bake?
my tops are gas so it wouldn't be too much trouble to change owen to gas (i figure gas is cheaper)

Typical oven usage means that the oven is not on continuously, it cycles with the thermostat, usually about 20 cents/hour. However you must allow for the warmup time, this is why it makes sense to bake a few loaves once the oven is warmed up.
