First Blog and Todays Bake/Experiment

Well thanks to the combination of Graham making blog pages available, and me now having 3 matching bannetons, I have been able to do todays bake as an experiment on overnight loaves and slashing. It's too big to post here, so it's been made into a blog page here:- http://bill44.sourdough.net.au/
