I baked up three loaves, here are two:

The recipe calls for cracked(meal) rye and whole wheat. It also has a little caraway, dill seed and cracked black pepper. It is quite delicious with sandwich meat like corned beef or salami.
Graham, I thought your experiment with the Pumpkin bread was wonderful! The bread came out pretty nice with a nice looking crumb. Congrats on the first loaf using the starter,
