Open a wholesale bakery



Hello everyone,My partner and I wants to open bakery business as wholesale.For beginning we  thinking work 3 days per week ( bake bread sourdough and European) and 3 days do marketing.We are going to buy a new and used bakery equipment. When we get equipment we need to try it first for a good few weeks and then we will be ready to introduce our bread.The problem we see it is time and money not working for us.So we are stuck.I just wondering if anyone of you can give your opinion what is the good option how to start this business. Your help will be appreciated
