Hi all,
I've always enjoyed sourdough bread far more than any other and a fortnight ago decided to take the plunge. After following the Dan Lepard recipe over on the Azeliaskitchen blog, I'm now in posession of a healthy looking 6 day old starter. Really enjoying reading through all the posts and recipes on here and feel inspired to have a go at creating my first sourdough loaf over next few days. Keep up the good work!
