My mate Kevin Sherrie from All Grain Milling in Tamworth spotted me a bag of his bread flour. Unequivocally the finest bread flour I've ever used. Creamy coloured, finely milled and super-responsive, producing a dough that was almost silky to touch. It sprang up in the oven, resulting in an elastic, chewy crumb with great structure. He usually only supplies to bakeries (I saw photos of the flour in the Convent Bakery album), so I'm feeling very blessed indeed.
