I found a few nice bakeries and enjoyed lievito naturale pane - sourdough bread. Really, it sounds wonderful with an Italian accent and uttered in that beautiful language. It was fun searching for and sampling baked goods. Bon giorno and manga. (Hope my spelling is not too off.) Yes, there's good food and wonderful wine, but Italy is also a country to visit for its bread.
