I'm just getting into sourdough and love the lame that Bill makes. Are they still being made and where can I send for one. I live in the United States.
Hi Annette - if you click on the shop menu item above you can buy the lame although you may have to talk with them about the freight costs to the States.
I made my own. Bought some double edge razor blades then inserted a wooden skewer into the holes in the blade. Works great. Yoy'll find a picture of it at this link with some of my bread. Hoecake
