Greetings,
Am so glad I found this forum. I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to making sourdough so I have a basic question.
My bread machine (Zojirushi BBCC-X20) seems to bake loaves at about 300 degrees F. But most sourdough recipes call for temperatures to be higher than that during baking.
If I want to just bake the loaf right in the pan, I'm curious if anyone knows what are some steps I can take to be sure the loaf turns out alright with this limitation of the machine?
