Hi all, well hopefully this worked, I asked the other half to make a sourdough starter before I got back from the mines. It was 100g water Im assuming he used straight out of the tap,50g wholemeal Spelt and 50g wholemeal. The above picture is the results 10 hours after he done the initial mix. Is this normal for it to double in size so quickly??? I do live in North Queensland and it's quite hot at the moment.
