prune, apricot and beer rye loaf


I have been baking loaves in the style of the Bochenkowo Bread at Home site.  This dried fruit and beer combination works well and has an unusual combination of flavours.  The black and orange fruit stand out against the crumb of the bread with every slice.  See the full recipe and method on our blog
