Looking for position as Head Baker/Product Developer

Hello

I am a 33 year old German baker with 13 years experience in the bakery industry.

I have studied Artisan Baking in Germany, and there after I worked for different bakeries manufacturing sourdough breads, rolls, croissants etc. . Since 1999 I am based in Cape Town < south Africa>, but now wanting to move to Australia.

Here I worked for an Austrian company by the name Backaldrin, manufacturer of rye pre-mixes and specialized ingredients for the baking industry.

Currently I manage 15 bakers producing swiss rolls, brownies, crunchies, scones and other cake slices, but my passion is still sourdough bread!

 

I have applied for an independent skill visa to Australia two years ago, but recently got the message that my visa will not be granted before end 2012, due to global recession. I do not want to wait!!!

hey Marco

If you have to stay in SA maybe we can get together. Got a concept I have started on in Johannesburg to get a woodfired production bakery going only with sourdough.
