First try


Hello everyone just joined wrote something yesterday but had trouble with my pictures so lost it !!. Baked my first sourdough last week in my relatively new brick oven i built very pleased with the results tasted good. Crumb had large holes at the top of the loaf but small at the bottom ? any ideas anyone ? The dough was hydrated at 65%. Im making some more dough at the mo to bake tomorow. I will post some pics when i get them sorted.
