Chad Robertson Tartine bread is inspiring. i have been practicing for a while now with his recipe. it is easy to follow and a good base country bread recipe to add on whatever you fancy. i always love to see texture, color and contrast.. of course combination of taste. this is what i did, a ray of yellow apricots, with dried figs. added pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for crunch. a multigrain flour mixed with strong white for flovour. i used a combination of white and rye starter to build the flavor.
please feel free to advise. i am quite new in baking.
