36 hours semolina bread with gorgonzola fennel seeds and figs

this is my first try with semolina flour and the 36 hours method adapted from txfarmer. this is the result.. not perfect as txfarmer 's but i am quite happy with it. not saying that i am satisfied, cos i will keep on pratice.
