At Bless Your Heart Bakery, our goal is to bring you a healthy and low glycemic alternative in baked goods and confections. Our products are organic, free from preservatives and white flour (which we've learned will convert to sugar in the bloodstream).  They are tremendously healthy and diabetic friendly, being free from high glycemic sugars, corn sweeteners, and sugar-free chemicals.
