Based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia we bake Bread using using Organic Flours from Australia and Turkey and our own Levain. We bake some of our larger loaves in our White Brick Oven, built from the plans of Rado at Traditionalovens.com, Australia.
Smaller loaves and cakes we bake in our gas deck ovens.
