Hi everybody. My first post.......
Can anybody give me advice on baking a sourdough in an AGA? The oven temperature is 235C which I think will be ok. Any advice on a cloche? The AGA provides even heat, is sealed, so maybe I don't need one? Any thoughts, help, advice would be very welcome.
