The E5 Bakehouse is one of the new, small artisan bakeries now springing up in London. It started on a kitchen table, expanded, (via word-of-mouth local reputation) and re-located to the railway arches next to London Fields station near Hackney.
It is busy, highly principled (sustainable local ingredients and a pedal-power delivery service) and bakes very good bread!
