my attempt at the sourdough oat/honey/flaxseed boule

hello dear folks, Im particularly quite new to baking and I've probably done maybe 4 or 5 loaves altogether. here's my attempt from a recipe which I got here on this site, but I increased the starter to 100gms, and used a little more flour while handling the dough. my apologies for not being detailed as im posting this from a mobile phone. I had messed it up a little since I didn't line stainless steel bowl I used for proofing, dough got stuck after it doubled and I just put the whole thing into the oven. due to that problem, i didnt dare to score the bread as my only attempt at doing so deflated the bread previously. Btw I also didn't rest the dough in the fridge.
