Hi,I'm currently having a Gleem gas oven with fan, that I have either to have fire from bottom or from top, I used to insert my bread baking while the fire from bottom of the oven with fan on, usually I have the bread baked with a lighter top and it needs to fire the grill to get it browned. This way the bread becomes harder to eat.Before that oven I used to have an oven that can be fire from top and bottom and I had no problem with this oven.Do you have any advise if I have a bread baking that should be baked for 45mins with recipe that says bake on 250c for 15 mins and then reduce to 220c for 30 mins.thanks
