Gerson Cancer Diet - Need unsalted organic rye bread

Hello,

Is anyone making organic (unsalted) rye bread in Northern Ireland?  I desperately need it for the special diet (Gerson Cancer Therapy) that I'm following.

I have tried several times to make it myself but you couldn't even slice it and I don't have time with everything else I have to do with the Gerson program. 

I'm looking to buy loaves.
