I never thought I would be excited about flour !!! Have just ordered 16kg bag of stoneground bread flour from Bacheldre Watermill in Wales. For those in the UK - this flour is sold on Amazon and is free of delivery charge. I will put a further post when I have baked some bread with it and know how it shapes up. Customer reviews are outstanding.
