Blue Cornmeal: Baking bread instead of singing the blues

A blue cornmeal sourdough bread was very nice, except for the weird color, a craving for falafel and offspring who purchased cornmeal without noticing the word "blue" on the package. The blue recipe is adjusted for sourdough starter and a different color, of course.
