After lurking here for ages and learning soooo much, I have finally posted about my sourdough adventures on my blog. Ironically, we have now found as a family we are severely gluten intolerant : ( so after finally getting brave enough to share and having tolerable success the bread adventure has changed course.

I am not actually the mowing-man - but his wife (if you are wondering about the username). I signed up for him and never handed it over - after buying bannetons and lames for him for christmas 2 years ago I was bitten by the bread bug. Sourdough is like that!
Any recipes for gluten free sourdough gratefully accepted : )
