Sole Star Sourdough

I've been making bread on and off for a few years, but have just got into sourdough.

Made my starter in October, and have baked about four times since then. Last week I used starter, flour and beer (instead of water). I opted for a local beer from Adnams in Southwold, Suffolk. Got a great crumb on it as I hope you can see!
