Neon Toast: a new show about sourdough, love, and robots

To make good bread, you need the right ingredients, the right chemistry, and the right timing. The same can be said of relationships... Boy meets girl, flour meets water, add that magic spark (or yeast) and watch the transformation take place. Both have great potential, and both can end in disaster. Neon Toast contrasts the creation of bread and relationships, with a sprinkle of neon surprises, in a site-specific theatre and dance collaboration that will entrance and excite. This show has been inspired by all the wonderful sourdough bakers out there! Its a theatre and dance meltdown, based on baking bread and forming relationships. Big thanks to Tony Dench who shared his experiences and stories with us and inspired much of the text in the show.
