Apprenticeship

Hello,

 my daughter is looking for an apprenticeship as a baker and cake maker. Her special interest are cakes and torten, so a german, swiss or austrian bakery that is baking traditional european recipes would be ideal. She is more than willing to move for the right apprenticeship. We live in Pomona and she works currently at a bakery (front of house). She is commited and very reliable and has excellent references.

If anyone can offer her an apprenticeship or let us know of a bakery that would fit this criteria and she could approach herself, that would be great.
