Steam in the oven

Found this site while looking on the net might be of interest, easy to make.



Looks interesting, but I wonder if it is really worth it? You'd also need to make sure that the chamber was high enough for all types of loaves you're likely to bake.


This is a simple idea that should not drop the oven temperature as much.

The idea is cool and probably works great. But I would not call it simple.
