5 hours fermentation, 0.5% yeast, 75% water, 5% olive oil
Made at home in an electric oven without steam.
This ciabtta looks fantastic!
What were the % that you used? I have been trying to perfect a ciabatta loaf at home with 100% sourdough but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as these (see my blog Ciabatta Sourdough) . How big are they? Are they loaves or rolls?
Would love to try your recipe.
