very soft chewy.. and full of taste from the toasted flaxseeds. no doubt, is flaxseeds heaven! a must to try

did a little change as i prefer bread not all white. subsititute 10% of total flour for Dove's barleycorn flour. added semi dried cranberry. reduced the salt to 12gram as i am using a wet sea salt.

Great recipe link. Has become my favourite sourdough. Toasting the linseeds...fun and ad a great depth of flavour to the bread.

Hi Evon, may i know to use the golden or brown flaxseed? Saw those breads with black flaxseed, are there black flaxseed? Thank you.
