Hi all, we just signed up for this forum. We picked up bread making again as this covid 19 has given us so much time at home and that's great for things you never seem to have time for. We had to close our doors of our small business due to this and now is a great time to try new things. Dough is such a tricky thing and it's good to have a forum to fall back on when you encounter problems or difficulties not to mention recipes etc. look forward browsing on here. Happy baking!
