I am now a home baker baking naturally leavened breads with my own wild yeast culture who sells his breads and other products at a local farm market every saturday. We used to have a very small family business that was a bakery based restaurant before we closed it down due to family circumstances. My love of baking has not subsided and now this is how I am again beginning my business after a few years of working in other kitchens around the area where we live.
