The book will teach people the basics of sourdough: mixing, proofing, shaping, raising a starter and other baking essentials. It will be a place to store the collective knowledge of this community into an organised and easily accessible series of guides.
Anyone is welcome to edit and improve this book. Techniques from the forum and recipes sections will be included throughout the pages, commonly as examples at various stages. Below are the proposed sections:
