ABA Membership is for all bakers in any genre: Craft, Trade, Home Baker, Apprentice, Bench Hand, Oven Hand, Researcher, etc.
Members are interested in craft aspects of baking such as: longer fermentation times, cool rising, hand moulding skills, baker-made brews and sourdough, sole baking, authentic cultural techniques, etc. Community health and wellbeing are also high on the agenda, such as the use of clean ingredients (organics and biodynamics) and the village economy model of baking.
