All breads are made using our natural leaven (sourdough starter), which was started in the mid seventies from organic wholemeal flour and water only, with which it gets fed every day. All of our breads are hand-shaped and baked in our original 1930's wood-fired scotch oven, either in tins or directly on the brick floor of the oven. All are made from organic wholewheat or unbleached flour, natural wholewheat leaven (sourdough starter), water and sea salt. We do not add any yeast, sugar, fat, oil or improvers, etc.
We also make sourdough croissants, high quality sugar free muffins, flourless cakes, chocolate brownies, gourmet pizzas with a sourdough base, a range of biscuits, tarts, etc., and sell beautiful hand-made Boscastle pies and pastries.

Friday: 9.00am - 6.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am -1.30pm
