Oakhaven Organic Farm

 A bakery using organic ingredients, and a  wood fired oven to produce sourdough and yeasted breads. The sourdoughs are done on seperate days to maintain integrity of cultures. We live in rural Nova Scotia with a small market and do yeasted breads to satisfy the market requests and provide us with a living income solely from baking.
