wkend bake

hi

my wkend bake with spelt and rye. still mucking around with the water thing. the crumbs could be a little bit softer. other than that, the spring is good.

the smell is always good. even after a few days, it still smells strong and good. whenever i open the box, there's a rush of this lovely smell out.
