More Mini Baguettes

Did a couple of the half baguettes using a recipe from Donyokl. Its a great recipe and I hope we can persuade him to post it.
I still need to work on the baking temp/time to get the loaves a bit browner, but they sure went down well for lunch, thanks Don.

That's lunch for 2 or 1? Aah...beetroot rules for a true Ozzie sandwich. What cheese is that? But I digress...

ok...DonYeo, 'fess up...the recipe, please. The bread looks fantastic.

Your are most welcome mate and glad you like it... I prefer a single long slash down one side of the loaf which gives a crumb texture that I prefer (look at Teresa's blog for the half hour later loaf's crumb).

Wow wow... That's a 225g loaf before your wonderful toppings... Must be a real ggggooooodddd lunch!
