Finally decided to post after reading the wonderful forums here. We have 2 busy bakeries in country Victoria and we're seeking an experienced pastry cook who's passionate, enthusiastic and reliable. It seems there's quite a shortage of people willing to work in rural areas - please tell me we're not the only ones who've found this?
In the past, we've hired apprentices but as business is (thankfully) busy, we really need someone who can jump straight in and show us what they're made of. Experience with Swiss style patisserie would be an advantage. Cheers
