Open a wholesale bakery

 

Hello everyone,
My partner and I wants to open bakery business as wholesale.
For beginning we  thinking work 3 days per week ( bake bread sourdough and European) and 3 days do marketing.
We are going to buy a new and used bakery equipment.
 When we get equipment we need to try it first for a good few weeks and then we will be ready to introduce our bread.
The problem we see it is time and money not working for us.
So we are stuck.
I just wondering if anyone of you can give your opinion what is the good option how to start this business.
