Newbie baker's invest in one good bread baking book

With all newbie baker's joining this list and having various elementary issues, one would suggest that the new baker invest in oneself and buy a very easy to read general and techincal baking book,  that will cover most of the science and art that goes on in baking, such a book is listed below.

 The book I ordered is. 'Beard on Bread' I got the paper back for $16 on Amazon.

 It was suggested by a friend at work.

The modern day bible is Adanced Bread and Pastry: A Professional Approach by Michel Suas, SFBI Founder

One's all time favourite bread baking  book is The Village Baker by Joe Ortiz.
