We are opening a new and exciting delicatessen, bakery and cafe. We need a baker who is experienced in all artisan breadmaking - sourdoughs, yeasted, derivative and european breads. Knowledge of Viennoiserie would be preferable too. We are looking for someone with a great passion, you will head this section of the shop and will have considerable freedom to create. Sales will be directly from the shop - eat in and take-away, also to other local businesses in the area, and to supply our already busy market stalls.
There will be a great opportunity within this venture to evolve, as these shops could be growing to other market towns within a very short amount of time.
