I offer an outstanding Executive Pastry chef career spanning more than fifteen years learning and discover the basics ,scince and the technology of this wonderfull profession and all blended with an artistry skills , and I have the knowledge needed to partnership and to make growing any company. My background combines unique experience managing several production kitchens in the same time marketing and a range of products for top quality companies such as Harrod’s (16pastrychefs), Mason Blanc(45 pastrychefs), The Ritz in Paris, De Baere Patisserie in Bruxelles , The Dorchester Hotel (25 pastry chefs) Honorè patisserie (28 pastry chefs) PECK of Milan,in wich I took part in the openings of the three main stores Tokyo,Zurich and Milan.Developing pastries and anything that would go with it such as the culture of Coffee roasting for consumers and commercial establishments such as Malls,Hotels,Restaurants,outlets and so on .
At the moment I run my own business here in Tivoli (Rome) it is fine but I believe that moving to Australia will provide better opportunity for employment in my field , I will also be greatly benefited by working and living with better politic prospectives.
In the course of my career, I have built a strong network of industry professionals and developed new business with wholesalers and retailers, as well as online. I am known in close circles as someone who provides excellence in client service and production management, maintains a highly visible presence at pastry trade shows, and who generates positive press .
