Hi Ziosim! It really depends...there is a safety net level of around A$680 pw which is pretty poor but that can increase with penalty rates for night shifts. Pretty much if you know what you are doing and do it well you could name your own price if you were acknowledged by a progessive boss. I'm aware of some who receive $1000 pw + before tax is deducted because they proved themselves to their employer. It really comes down to personal negotiation.

Good to hear from you...hope you get here one day! Maybe we could match up!

Hi Simone...I hope you get here one day. The state Capital cities would be the best place for finding good artisan bakeries. Melbourne I think would be the best as it is a very epicurean city. But would depend on where you wish to go.

Let me know if you need any help when you think you are ready to make the move.

Regards

Ted

Hi Ted! ^_^ thanks!...i just want to go to Melbourne... There's a friend of my family there, and i'll ask to her to help me, i mean sleep in her home for 2-3 days when i'll come and then find a flat, that's the reason why i ask the salary of a baker... i would like to provide to myself... and i would like to find immediately a job... i wish to find a family run bakery... thanks again Ted... BYE! ^_^ Simone
